We are a family of six: dad (Michael), mom (Dawn) who writes most of the blog, two teenage daughters
(Ladybug and Kat), a golden retriever (Mr. Poo) who currently resides in a sticks and bricks with his grandparents, and a semi-fluffy cat (Catty
Shatty) who sometimes thinks he is a dog.
We bought a nearly 20-year old class A diesel motor home in the fall of 2014 with short-term plans to put it on road as much as possible and long-term plans to put it on the road permanently. Yep, we aspire to someday join the ranks of those living the full-time RV lifestyle, though we have a way to go before we get there.
Update 10/15/16: We now live in our motorhome full-time. Smiley face!
Update 5/12/16: We have sold our 40' motor home and now reside in a 27' Freedom Spirit travel trailer. Talk about an adjustment!
